Opis
Inspam d. o. o. is a research and development institution engaged in the combining of all types of materials using various procedures and technologies. It was founded in February 2007 based on business ideas for introducing robotic welding of housings for electromagnetic coils to replace the manual welding which has been used to date.
Special attention is paid to welding different materials and materials with various protective coatings (galvanised, chrome or other metal coatings), using various energy sources such as arc, laser and plasma welding, and with various additional materials. The company applies theoretical knowledge gained from research, educational and development institutions to industry.
The company uses robot welders using CMT (Cold Metal Transfer), which uses a copper alloy wire wrapped around the disc which automatically reaches into the groove in the housing. The wire is melted by an arc which burns between the wire and the housing. During the welding process the wire moves back and forth, which decreases the arc pressure, and only the wire melts while the steel housing does not.
In addition to the described technologies and equipment used by Inspam d. o. o., the company also operates in other areas of material joining – it provides consultancy and prepares technologies for welding, soldering, surfacing, and repair welding of abraded, worn and damaged parts made of various materials. They also provide consultancy in purchasing new equipment, personnel selection, etc.
