Gama System d.o.o. offers clients solutions to absolutely any question connected with management and storage of electronic documents, since it has at its disposal an entire range of products for document management support which includes:

integration of the Gama System® eDocs document system with IBM’s top system for safe data storage, IBM TotalStorage DR550 (for which Gama System has acquired the right to use the Ready for IBM Tivoli Software logo) or both in combination with a purpose-built high performance solution for safe storage of electronic documents
Gama System® E-Arhiv
The Gama System® eDocs high performance electronic document management system is at its core an electronic document management (DMS) support solution designed to provide support for absolutely every document operation in companies, banks, hospitals, institutions – those created inside the DMS (Word, Excel, MS Project etc.), imported from other systems (SharePoint, printer, ERP, Lotus Notes etc.) and entering the system from the environment (file systems, XML schemes, e-mail, optical readers etc.).
The Gama System® eDocs software package is designed and manufactured to support every single type of document in the organisation (company, bank, hospital, institution), e.g.:
bid and contract management
management of records, letters, minutes, internal acts (articles of association, rules, resolutions, etc.)
management of all documents for management systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, TS 16949, etc.)
management of project documentation
file management (files, project documentation, cases, etc.)
management of invoices, delivery forms, etc. issued from the ERP system
management of received invoices, scanned or in electronic form, support for invoice liquidation process and importing, e.g. into ERP system
product data management (PDM)
The Gama System® eDocs software package is a highly complex and capable solution which provides total document system credibility and brings rationalisation of operations with electronic documents both for the client’s organisation and when doing business with partners (B2B, B2E, B2G, G2G).
Gama System® eDocs is a solution that allows you to work via a desktop client or the Internet web client Gama System®BSS. Two-way integration with the Windows SharePoint Services server is also available.
The Gama System® E-Arhiv solution is designed and optimised to store very large numbers of documents, with optional packet delivery of document shipments as well as certificate verification, time stamping of documents and safe storage of electronic documents. The solution is designed to use the latest technology (Microsoft Messaging Queue, SQL Server, .NET Framework 3.0), and parts of the program use WFC (Indigo). Since Gama System® E-Arhiv is designed for working in a group of servers, it can be configured so that it satisfies the requirements of the most demanding clients. With regard to technology and performance it is a highly advanced solution.
Gama System d.o.o. aims to globalise its operations.
